Vault Package 68 came with the 12" either on:
- Black vinyl.
- Blue vinyl (this release).

Packaging info:
- 3LPs on red, white and black vinyl housed in a tri-fold cover.
- Single-sided 12" single on blue vinyl housed in a plain black die-cut cover. The blank side is etched.
- Three 'limited edition' Tripppl trading cards including: "1 Airline Res-O-Glas", "2 Custom Detroit Halftime Jack White Triplecaster", "3 Kay K6533 Value Leader".

3LP tracks are numbered sequentially in the tri-fold and on the labels.
12" tracks are unlisted and unnumbered on the label.

All runouts are etched.
