Even though there is an insert mentioned in Evil Greed's shop the release comes without one. Tracks are numbered from 1 to 8 on rear gatefold jacket, and without numbering but with side identification on labels side A and side C. GZ Media IDs in runout information are machine-engraved, the 8-digit stamper ID is laser-etched. Pressed by credit derived from runout grooves.
