“The Map” was originally issued by Portland label Archigramophone in 2000 and housed in a letterpressed, silkscreened jacket. As is often the case, the pressing plant shipped more LPs than the 500 copies ordered by the label, leaving a small batch of LPs without covers. These coverless LPs were recently discovered in a bedroom closet, and new covers hand silkscreened onto irresponsibly delicate Japanese paper. Half these copies were sent to the band members, the other half are available for sale via jabsjabsjabs.com.
