The original outer shrink-wrap had a hype sticker (some of which can be found removed from the shrink and re-affixed to the box) which reads:

Some copies also have "SAMPLE COPY" stickers on the outer shrink-wrap. These may or may not be accompanied by a gold promo stamp found on either the front or back cover.

Some copies may be found with a sticker covering the original catalogue number on the spine, with the revised catalogue number being MCA-6145. Copies with this sticker should not be considered a separate version as these stickers were added post-manufacture.
