The version available in this boxset is the performance recorded at The Church Studios, London on October 14, 1991. Previously released in video form here: this version or on a Promo CD here: this version. It is not recorded at Sarm West Studios as mentioned on page 10.
- Track CD3-4 is a remix by Shep Pettibone originally available here: this version. Credits for that track on page 10 are wrong, stating that this is a Mark Moore remix when this one is not available in the boxset.
