I wonder what program they made this in… Funfact: The backcover is even worse. Go listen to this album on Youtube, it’s such a fun and relaxing album. Martin Phillips/The Chills are the best in making making accessible music very interesting.

Aaah! Blank sheet with some pimpels. Great idea! On a serious note: This is Yo La Tengo’s most accessible album and it’s great! I reach out for it a lot. The innersleeves suit the music way better.

I think I can make something more interesting than this cover within 5 minutes. The font is horrible and his head hanging there in the void is so random. The album itself is an absolut masterpiece. Underated album from a underated artist.

Brilliant Trees

This one feels completely unnecessary. You already have a beautiful mysterious photo? Whenever I pick up this album, I think it is discolored by the sun or mold. Later on they made a reissue without the yellow cardboard, but the reviews aren't too great. So I guess I have to stick with this one. I adore the unique atmosphere on this album.
