The initial copies were issued in the original multi-colored fold-over pocket sleeve . When those ran out the remainder of the second pressing was issued with a yellow ("goldenrod") pocket sleeve.

Some copies include a mimeographed (violet ink) explanatory note with their 1978 address and contact info, and announcing the this release EP. See Images.
