Gatefold Cover with cream/marble Capricorn Labels. This is a very similar release as the other misprints for this record done at the Pittman Pressing Plant, however this is the Santa Maria Pressing as indicated by the S1 etchings in the run-outs.

Track A4 "Jelly Jelly" is absent on the back of the cover sleeve, and not mentioned on the insert.
The insert includes "Early Morning Blues" in place of "Jelly Jelly".
