This is probably the earliest possible UK variant, with Copyright Control publishing, A3 on label as "You've Been" (later corrected to "You Been"), and B3 writing credit to Stewart (later corrected to Stewart/M. Quittenton). This is corrected on all subsequent releases.

Original UK release in matt portrait-style double gatefold cover, (either UK or USA printed), on black/silver Mercury labels.
This album has a 'Unipak'-style double gatefold cover with only one card layer for the front and rear lap. USA printed sleeve has cat no. printed in top right hand corner on front of sleeve, with VO centred underneath it. In the bottom left hand corner (under the 'Mercury' logo) is printed 'Stereo SRM 1 646', with Mercury Record Productions, Inc, 1972 below it. This text has been over printed to erase it on UK printed sleeves, but can be noticed on close inspection.

Poly-lined 'Plastic Bags Can Be Dangerous' standard inner sleeve with 'British Patent No. 800513 & 973939' and 'Made In England HMO 0772 30'.
