Sleeve shows two disc cutting credits: Sean Davis at Strawberry Studios, London and Frank Tabino at Sterling Studios, New York. Presumably both are listed so that the same artwork could be used on both the UK and US editions, and at least one of the credits would be correct. Run-outs indicate this particular edition was cut by Sean Davis.
